The services will be paid for in full as requested by The Shipping Depot relating to your Shipment. This request will either be before being shipped, during shipment transit or before being delivered to the receiver.

All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

By using this site, you agree to not utilize the services advertised or being offered by The Shipping Depot to transport illegal drugs, weapons, products or anything deemed by law as Prohibited.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Controlled drugs and utensils used therewith Firearms, ammunition, and explosives, Obscene items or pornographic literature, films, or videotapes. You can call the local Police Station to find out about Permits for explosives, however, The Shipping Depot do not ship Prohibited items.

 

ATTEMPTS TO IMPORT ANY PROHIBITED ITEMS CAN RESULT IN PROSECUTION, THE IMPOSITION OF FINES AND/OR IMPRISIONMENT, AND SEIZURE OF GOODS.

Subscriptions
The Shipping Depot do not off any Subscription services at this time. If a valid subscription is being offered on this site will automatically renew and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Email us at: Customercare@shippingdepottci.com. Submit a letter stating your name, phone number and request to cancel subscription. A Member of our team will contact you to confirm your request has been received and your subscription will be canceled for the next billing cycle.

• Direct Debit; and

• Cash.
   

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
